Terms and Conditions: Refer a Cleaning Company Program

1. Program Overview This Refer a Cleaning Company program (“Program”) is offered by KUKU Cleaning Supplies (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Program allows participants to refer a cleaning company to us, and upon the referred cleaning company’s first order of a minimum of $100, the referring participant will receive $50 in store credit (“Store Credit”). The Store Credit is subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility To be eligible for the Program, participants must meet the following criteria:

  • You must be a customer of KUKU Cleaning Supplies with a valid account.
  • You must refer a cleaning company that has not previously been referred to us.
  • The referred cleaning company must place an order with a minimum value of $100.
  • The referred cleaning company must have a valid Australian Business Number (ABN).

3. Reward Details

  • The referring participant will receive $50 in store credit for each valid referral that meets the required conditions.
  • The referred cleaning company’s first order must be a minimum of $100 to qualify for the reward.
  • Store Credit will be issued within 30 business days after the referred cleaning company’s first order is confirmed.
  • Store Credit can be redeemed on future purchases through KUKU Cleaning Supplies.
  • Store Credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Conditions and Restrictions

  • The referred cleaning company must be a legitimate business and must use a valid ABN for verification.
  • The referred cleaning company’s order must be completed and paid in full for the referring participant to receive the store credit.
  • Referrals are subject to verification, and KUKU Cleaning Supplies reserves the right to refuse or cancel the reward if the referral does not meet the criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
  • Multiple referrals for the same cleaning company are not allowed, and only one reward can be earned per referred cleaning company.
  • Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued and must be used within this period.

5. Fraudulent Activity Any fraudulent or abusive behavior, including referring businesses that do not meet the program’s criteria or creating fake accounts to benefit from the Program, will result in immediate disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any rewards earned.

6. Termination of Program KUKU Cleaning Supplies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Any changes to the Program will be communicated to participants.

7. Privacy Personal information provided for the Program will be handled in accordance with KUKU Cleaning Supplies’ Privacy Policy. By participating, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. General Terms

  • This Program is subject to all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
  • By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms and policies that may apply.
  • In the event of any dispute, KUKU Cleaning Supplies’ decision shall be final.
